How is Face Botox Procedure Performed?

Patient should not sleep on his/her stomach for one day following the procedure and should not do strenuous exercise or sports and avoid overheated environments such as sauna for the first 2 to 3 days after Botox injection.

Who Should Not Get Face Botox?

Patients with neurological diseases, with muscle diseases such as myasthenia gravis, with blood disorders such accompanied by bleeding-coagulation problems and pregnant or breastfeeding women should not get Botox.

Does Face Botox Have Any Side Effects?

Botox does not have many side effects. Generally, it may be accompanied by short-lasting redness and edema (that goes away within half an hour). Temporary bruises, swelling and bleeding may sometimes occur on the site of injection and they may last for a couple of days.

How Long Does Face Botox Last?

While Botox lasts 4 to 6 months, its longevity changes from person to person. Botox can be repeated when it stops working.
